1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Europe: Standard 5–10 business days — from £8.95
Rest of the World: Standard 10–20 business days — from £14.95

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to appear in the carrier’s system.
